Early Player Development & Hockey Fundamentals
OHDP provides high-potential youth hockey players an environment to maximize skill development at critical stages of growth.
- Our programs emphasize total game instruction, including core skills for the individual player and age-appropriate team tactics that apply in competitive levels of play.
- Our student-athletes strengthen skating abilities, improve puck control, develop overall game awareness, and build personal confidence on the ice.
- Skaters in Pee Wee and Bantam age groups learn the fundamentals of body positioning, contact and checking.
- We develop intangibles that prepare student-athletes for their next level of competitive ice hockey.
